An afternoon where we will practice a nourishing yoga flow, energy enhancing pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques, be led through a deep relaxation with Reiki healing. The practice will be accompanied with uplifting music and the use of essential oils to promote calming effects on the mind and body. Afterwards we will lead a casual talk, question and answer session on healthy eating and lifestyle choices, followed by some freshly made vegan dishes, sweet treats, chocolate, cold pressed juices and herbal teas.

Suitable for everyone!

Beginners & the most advanced yogis.

1:00-1:30 – Arrival, teas and water

1:30-3:30 – Meditation, pranayama and yoga flow

3:30-3:45 – Deep relaxation

4:00-4:30 – Healthy eating/living talk

4:30-5:00 – Delicious meal, treats, energizing juices and teas.
