Join April, for a slow flowing, conscious yoga practice to help you become more centered and connected to the life developing within you. They begin with herbal teas and time to connect in with the other mums. Classes include breathing and relaxation techniques as well as postures that promote muscle toning and strengthening, balance and circulation. For the final section of the class we enter into a deep state of relaxation using HypnoBirthing techniques. Ending with nourishing chocolate and homemade cakes.
Come and meet with other mums to be, and get the much needed rest and rejuvenation that you deserve.
Each class has an inspirational theme each week to focus upon. Classes are in a deeply relaxing setting within candlelight diffusing pregnancy safe essential oils.

Pregnancy should be a miraculous time, a life-changing experience, full of excitement as you prepare for the arrival of your baby. This is a time of change and transformation, a natural state in a women’s body and a perfect time to practice yoga. The heart of yoga is an awareness of the link between breath, mind, and body. This connection benefits your wellbeing at all stages of life, but very noticeably during pregnancy.
